Homemade Orchiette Pasta with Basic Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 150g flour
  • 150g wheat semolina
  • 1/2ts salt
  • 1tb olive oil
  • 150ml water

Preparation

  1. mix flour, salt and semolina together

  2. Slowly mix in water and oil

  3. Add a bit more water if needed

  4. Knead dough until smooth

  5. Form to a ball and place into kling foil

  6. Place to the fridge for half an hour

  7. Form tiny balls and squeeze down with your thumb to get the orchiette form

  8. Bring water to boil

  9. Cook orchiette for about four minutes

  10. Then get ready to serve or fry them in oil for a couple of minutes and serve afterwords - Eat them with fresh pesto or homemade pasta sauce
