Homemade Pasta Dough Variations

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of 00 flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Spinach pasta dough

  • 300 grams of 00 flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of spinach

Preparation

  1. In a bowl with a dough hook, add the flour, salt, olive oil, and water and knead for 10 minutes.

  2. If the dough is too wet, add more flour, and if too dry, add more water.

  3. Wrap the dough in cling wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  4. Using a pasta machine, make the pasta any shape you like.

  5. Place the pasta in the freezer for an hour.

  6. Cook in a pot with salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes.

  1. In a pan, add 3/4 cup of water and spinach. Boil for 5 minutes, then set aside to cool.

  2. In a food processor, add the spinach mixture and blend.

  3. In a bowl with a dough hook, add the flour, salt, olive oil, and spinach mixture and knead for 10 minutes.

  4. If the dough is too wet, add more flour, and if too dry, add more water.

  5. Wrap the dough in cling wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  6. Using a pasta machine, make the pasta any shape you like.
