Homemade Vegan Pizza Dough and Toppings
Ingredients
- 350 g flour + extra for dusting
- 230 ml warm water (45C max)
- 7 g (1 tbsp.) activated yeast
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- oil to grease the bowl
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients, gradually add water and mix well.
Transfer dough to flour-dusted surface and knead for 5 minutes.
Add extra flour if necessary.
Shape the dough into a ball and transfer it back to bowl greased with oil.
Cover with a dry towel and put it in a warm place for 30-60 minutes until it has doubled in size.
It will make 1-3 pizzas depending on size and thickness.
Spread the dough on the pan, add some tomato sauce and vegan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 15-20 minutes.
