Homemade Vegan Pizza Dough and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 350 g flour + extra for dusting
  • 230 ml warm water (45C max)
  • 7 g (1 tbsp.) activated yeast
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • oil to grease the bowl

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients, gradually add water and mix well.

  2. Transfer dough to flour-dusted surface and knead for 5 minutes.

  3. Add extra flour if necessary.

  4. Shape the dough into a ball and transfer it back to bowl greased with oil.

  5. Cover with a dry towel and put it in a warm place for 30-60 minutes until it has doubled in size.

  6. It will make 1-3 pizzas depending on size and thickness.

  7. Spread the dough on the pan, add some tomato sauce and vegan cheese.

  8. Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 15-20 minutes.
