Easy Homemade Vegan Pizza

Ingredients

Dough

  • 20g fresh yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 100ml warm water
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • About 350g flour
  • About 50-100ml warm water
  • 3tbsp olive oil

Toppings

  • tomato sauce of choice
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • green onion
  • basil
  • rucola

Preparation

  1. Dissolve yeast in 100ml warm water with sugar and let it activate until foamy

  2. Mix the activated yeast mixture with flour, salt, and olive oil, adding additional warm water to form a dough

  3. Knead the dough and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour

  4. Preheat oven to 220°C

  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to desired thickness

  6. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough

  7. Add toppings: garlic, green onion, basil, rucola, and drizzle with olive oil

  8. Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is golden and toppings are cooked, approximately 15-20 minutes
