Hazelnut Hot Cocoa

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup hazelnuts, soaked overnight, drained
  • 3 tablespoons Dutch cocoa
  • 6 Medjool dates, pitted*

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in high powered blender and blend well (about 2 minutes)

  2. Strain through nut milk bag

  3. Heat in microwave or on stove top

  4. Serve
