Apple Cinnamon Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seed protein or your favorite protein powder
  • 2 tbsp extra dark chocolate chips

Optionals

  • Lucuma and maca

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a thick dough forms.

  2. Roll the dough into balls.

  3. Press chocolate chips into the balls.

  4. Store the balls in the fridge.

  5. Enjoy!
