No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 30-40 g chocolate
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 2 dates
  • 0.5 tbsp coconut oil
  • 0.75 cup oats
  • 0.25 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the chocolate together in a food processor. It doesn't have to be all smooth, but the dough should stick together when you pinch it. If it still comes out a tad dry, add one more 1/2 tbsp cold water and blend.

  2. Chop up the chocolate and fold into the mixture before rolling the dough into 12 balls. Set in the fridge to chill for an hour or so before transferring to an air-tight container.
