Super Seedy Sticky Flapjack Bars
Ingredients
- 8 dates
- 8 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp agave nectar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups of a mix of: oats, seeds and desiccated coconut
Preparation
I blended 8 dates with 8 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil, 3 tbsp agave nectar, 1/4 tsp salt and 2 cups of a mix of: oats, seeds and desiccated coconut.
Once combined, pulse through a handful of extra jumbo oats and seeds for some extra crunch.
Press into a lined tin and bake at 180 until golden (about 15 minutes).
