Super Seedy Sticky Flapjack Bars

Ingredients

  • 8 dates
  • 8 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups of a mix of: oats, seeds and desiccated coconut

Preparation

  1. I blended 8 dates with 8 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil, 3 tbsp agave nectar, 1/4 tsp salt and 2 cups of a mix of: oats, seeds and desiccated coconut.

  2. Once combined, pulse through a handful of extra jumbo oats and seeds for some extra crunch.

  3. Press into a lined tin and bake at 180 until golden (about 15 minutes).
