Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp oats (half blended to a flour)
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven 180C/ 350F/Gas Mark 4

  2. Mix everything into a bowl

  3. Line a baking tray

  4. Roll mixture into balls and flatten slightly on tray. If mixture is too runny add more oats

  5. Bake for 15 minutes
