Date-Free Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2.5 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp full fat coconut cream or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp protein powder or collagen
  • 2 tbsp extra dark chocolate chips
  • Sprinkle of sea salt
  • Optional: ashwagandha

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl until dough forms.

  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to harden it a bit.

  3. Roll into balls.

  4. Mix 2 tablespoons cacao powder with coconut cream to make chocolate sauce

  5. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the balls.
