Date-Free Cookie Dough Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2.5 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp full fat coconut cream or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp protein powder or collagen
- 2 tbsp extra dark chocolate chips
- Sprinkle of sea salt
- Optional: ashwagandha
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a big bowl until dough forms.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to harden it a bit.
Roll into balls.
Mix 2 tablespoons cacao powder with coconut cream to make chocolate sauce
Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the balls.
