Raw Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 cup raw cashews

Cookie dough

  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup CLEAN peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or ghee
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp flax meal
  • Handful of vegan Chocolate chips
  • dash of pink sea salt

Preparation

  1. Blend both crust ingredients in a food processor until dough forms.

  2. Spread in a 1/4 inch layer on a tray and refrigerate.

  3. Mix all cookie dough ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Spread over crust and refrigerate.
