Raw Cookie Dough Bars
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
- 1 cup raw cashews
Cookie dough
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup CLEAN peanut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or ghee
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- Handful of vegan Chocolate chips
- dash of pink sea salt
Preparation
Blend both crust ingredients in a food processor until dough forms.
Spread in a 1/4 inch layer on a tray and refrigerate.
Mix all cookie dough ingredients in a bowl.
Spread over crust and refrigerate.
