Healthy Vegan Low Carb Cookie Dough Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon vegan chocolate chips (mini and regular) or cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a medium bowl until thickened.

  2. Slowly fold in the vegan chocolate chips.

  3. Shape the mixture with your hands and place on a baking sheet or plate.

  4. Allow to firm up for 5 minutes.
