Healthy Vegan Low Carb Cookie Dough Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon vegan chocolate chips (mini and regular) or cacao nibs
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a medium bowl until thickened.
Slowly fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
Shape the mixture with your hands and place on a baking sheet or plate.
Allow to firm up for 5 minutes.
