Vegan Gluten-Free Banana Bread Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 overly ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- vegan chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients then fold in the wet ingredients.
Plop small balls of dough onto the baking sheet and press down lightly with a fork.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
