Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Balls
Ingredients
- 2 cups smooth natural peanut butter
- 3/4 cup coconut flour or fav vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips.
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Place the balls in the freezer while melting the chocolate.
Dip the balls in the melted chocolate.
Chill for 20 minutes and sprinkle with pink salt.
