Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups smooth natural peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour or fav vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips.

  2. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.

  3. Place the balls in the freezer while melting the chocolate.

  4. Dip the balls in the melted chocolate.

  5. Chill for 20 minutes and sprinkle with pink salt.
