Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp plant milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 80g chocolate

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla together.

  2. Add the plant milk then mix in the coconut flour until well combined (you can use your hands if easier).

  3. Form into 6-8 balls and place on baking paper on a baking tray and leave to chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.

  4. Melt the chocolate then cover the balls and leave to set for at least an hour in the fridge.
