Peanut Butter Millionaires Bars

Ingredients

  • 100g whole oats
  • 100g ground almond
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • splash dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 cup @manilife_
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • pinch salt
  • 1 bar @divinechocolateuk

Preparation

  1. Blend the oats to a fine flour in a blender or food processor

  2. Combine in a bowl with the almonds, maple, oil, and milk if needed

  3. Add a pinch of salt and press into a small brownie pan

  4. Place in the oven on 180°c for 15 minutes

  5. In another bowl, combine the pb and syrup with a pinch of salt until thick and creamy

  6. Once the base is almost cool, pour over the caramel

  7. Place in the freezer

  8. Melt the chocolate, and spread evenly on top

  9. Let set in the fridge or freezer, then slice and enjoy!
