An Awesome Truffle Recipe


  • 250 gm dark chocolate ( you can choose vegan one for vegetarians)
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter or ( almond butter)
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts , finely chopped


  1. Put chocolate & milk in a metal or glass bowl over water bath ( make sure that the water doesn’t touch the bottom of bowl

  2. Once the chocolate has completely melted; remove the bowl from the heat & whisk the mixture with wire whisk

  3. Add maple syrup, & let the mixture come to room temperature then place it in freezer for about 1 hour ( & this what we call it ganache ❤️)

  4. Make 25 blobs of peanut butter & sprinkle the peanut blobs with sea salt & keep them in freezer until firm about 30-60 minutes

  5. Once the ganache is ready; flatten a piece of ganache in your hands & quickly roll a blob of peanut butter, place the peanut butter ball in the middle of ganache & close the ganache around it

  6. Roll quickly in your hands to form a compact ball the in chopped peanuts to coat, then keep truffle in the fridge
