Easy Vegan Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup plain flour
  • 2 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • coconut oil

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients until there are no lumps. It’s easier to pop it all in a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds, but a hand whisk is fine

  2. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat and pour the batter onto the pan

  3. Tip and rotate the pan to spread the batter as thinly as possible

  4. Fry for 1-2 minutes before flipping

  5. Serve with your favourite toppings
