Wholegrain Crepes with Choc Shot and Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of plain flour (I used wholemeal)
  • 1 tablespoon milled chia seeds
  • 1.5 cups of plant milk

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour and chia seeds in a large bowl then add 1.5 cups of plant milk.

  2. Whisk together to make a batter then let sit for ten minutes.

  3. Whisk again and cook thinly in a non-stick frying pan with a little oil.

  4. Flip or grill the top.
