Wholegrain Crepes with Choc Shot and Fruit
Ingredients
- 1 cup of plain flour (I used wholemeal)
- 1 tablespoon milled chia seeds
- 1.5 cups of plant milk
Preparation
Mix the flour and chia seeds in a large bowl then add 1.5 cups of plant milk.
Whisk together to make a batter then let sit for ten minutes.
Whisk again and cook thinly in a non-stick frying pan with a little oil.
Flip or grill the top.
