Small Stack of Vegan Pancakes with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1 and 3/4 to 2 cups plant milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • margarine or oil (for frying)

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Add a little bit of margarine or oil to a pan.

  3. Add a ladleful of the mixture to the frying pan.

  4. Flip the pancake when air bubbles appear on top and cook until both sides are golden, then remove to a plate.

  5. Top with Swedish Glace ice cream, pan-fried berries, and golden syrup.
