Small Stack of Vegan Pancakes with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 and 3/4 to 2 cups plant milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- margarine or oil (for frying)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Add a little bit of margarine or oil to a pan.
Add a ladleful of the mixture to the frying pan.
Flip the pancake when air bubbles appear on top and cook until both sides are golden, then remove to a plate.
Top with Swedish Glace ice cream, pan-fried berries, and golden syrup.
