Vegan Fluffy Chocolate Pancakes
Ingredients
- 150 ml plant milk
- 80 ml water
- 160 g spelt flour
- 6 tbsp apple sauce (Apfelmark)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 15 g chocolate protein powder (or more cacao powder)
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl
Mix the wet ingredients together in another bowl
Combine the wet and dry mixtures and stir until smooth
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the batter in portions until golden brown on both sides
