Dairy Free Pancakes
Ingredients
- 135g self raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 130ml milk alternative (soya/pea/oat/coconut)
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp rapeseed or olive oil
Preparation
Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk alternative, and oil
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil
Pour batter into the pan to form pancakes and cook until bubbles appear, then flip and cook the other side until golden
