Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3 tbsp yogurt of choice
  • 1 egg / chia egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 row 70% dark chocolate
  • 1 ripe banana
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Chop chocolate, mash banana, mix all dry ingredients then blend it all together

  2. Fry on medium heat and flip when browned

  3. Topped mine with honey drizzle, yogurt & fruits
