Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 3 tbsp yogurt of choice
- 1 egg / chia egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 row 70% dark chocolate
- 1 ripe banana
- cinnamon
Preparation
Chop chocolate, mash banana, mix all dry ingredients then blend it all together
Fry on medium heat and flip when browned
Topped mine with honey drizzle, yogurt & fruits
