Vegan Banana Pancakes for Two

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg / chia flax egg
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 3 tbsp yogurt of choice

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana.

  2. Whip up all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Heat up a frying pan with some coconut oil.

  4. Fry on medium heat until browned.

  5. Add banana buttons on top before flipping to the other side for caramelized banana taste.
