Vegan Banana Pancakes for Two
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg / chia flax egg
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 3 tbsp yogurt of choice
Preparation
Mash the banana.
Whip up all ingredients in a bowl.
Heat up a frying pan with some coconut oil.
Fry on medium heat until browned.
Add banana buttons on top before flipping to the other side for caramelized banana taste.
