Spelt Banana Wraps with Coconut Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of spelt flour
  • 1 tbsp milled chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp gram flour
  • Pinch of pink or sea salt
  • 1 cup of plant milk

Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients together and let the mixture sit for ten minutes to allow the spelt and chia to absorb the liquid.

  2. Cook in a large pan with a little oil, and grill the top instead of flipping it.
