Spelt Banana Wraps with Coconut Filling
Ingredients
- 1 cup of spelt flour
- 1 tbsp milled chia seeds
- 1 tbsp gram flour
- Pinch of pink or sea salt
- 1 cup of plant milk
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients together and let the mixture sit for ten minutes to allow the spelt and chia to absorb the liquid.
Cook in a large pan with a little oil, and grill the top instead of flipping it.
