Delicious Gingerbread Pancakes Made with Wholemeal Flour
Ingredients
- 1 cup of flour (I used wholemeal)
- 1 cup of plant milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ginger
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend to a smooth batter.
Let the batter rest for 5 minutes so the seeds thicken the mix slightly.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and pour in the mix.
Cook on a medium heat for 1 minute until the surface starts to bubble. Flip and cook the other side.
Serve stacked with yoghurt, chia seeds, and coconut flour filling.
