Organic Rye Waffle with Soya Yoghurt Flaked Almonds and Fruit
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups rye flakes
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of pink or sea salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Preparation
Coarsely grind the rye flakes in a blender.
Mix all ingredients together and allow the mixture to rest for 20 minutes to soak up the liquid.
Pour into your waffle machine or moulds and cook for 10 minutes.
