Organic Rye Waffle with Soya Yoghurt Flaked Almonds and Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups rye flakes
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of pink or sea salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Preparation

  1. Coarsely grind the rye flakes in a blender.

  2. Mix all ingredients together and allow the mixture to rest for 20 minutes to soak up the liquid.

  3. Pour into your waffle machine or moulds and cook for 10 minutes.
