Simple Vegan Overnight Oats for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup plant milk (I used almond milk)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- Fruits for topping
Preparation
In a mason jar, mix the plant milk, rolled oats and chia seeds.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.
Open the next day, add honey and top with fruits.
