Simple Vegan Overnight Oats for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • Fruits for topping

Preparation

  1. In a mason jar, mix the plant milk, rolled oats and chia seeds.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.

  3. Open the next day, add honey and top with fruits.
