Overnight Oats with Maca

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 3/4 cup plant milk
  • 1/4 cup plant yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a jar or bowl, mix well and place in the fridge overnight.

  2. Enjoy in the morning with your favorite toppings.
