Overnight Oats with Maca
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 3/4 cup plant milk
- 1/4 cup plant yoghurt
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a jar or bowl, mix well and place in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy in the morning with your favorite toppings.
