No Bake Chocolate Donut Holes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nut butter of choice (e.g., cashew butter)
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Further Food chocolate collagen

Icing

  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the donut holes, then roll into balls, which makes about 8-9.

  2. Line a plate with parchment paper, place the balls on it, and put them in the fridge for about an hour to firm up.

  3. Mix together the icing ingredients and microwave for 10-15 seconds to make it liquid.

  4. Dip the donut holes into the icing and put them back in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to let the icing harden.
