No Bake Chocolate Donut Holes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nut butter of choice
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla collagen

Icing

  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix together the donut hole ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Roll the mixture into balls.

  3. Line a plate with parchment paper and place the balls on it.

  4. Put them in the fridge for about an hour to let them firm up.

  5. Mix together the icing ingredients.

  6. Microwave the icing for 10-15 seconds to make it liquid.

  7. Dip the donut holes into the icing and add sprinkles if desired.

  8. Put back in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to let the icing harden.
