No Bake Vegan Peanut Butter Treat

Ingredients

Base

  • 3 Cups Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 3 Cups Rice Puffs

Chocolate

  • 200 g Vegan Chocolate Chips
  • 3 TBS Organic Peanut Butter

Preparation

  1. Mix peanut butter with maple syrup.

  2. Cover with a plate and microwave for 50 seconds.

  3. Stir with a spatula and add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

  4. Add rice puffs and mix until combined to create the base.

  5. Place in the freezer while preparing the chocolate.

  6. Mix vegan chocolate chips with 3 tablespoons organic peanut butter.

  7. Cover with a plate and microwave for 50 seconds until melted.

  8. Cover the peanut butter rice puff layer with the melted chocolate.

  9. Freeze for at least a couple of hours.

  10. Enjoy.
