No-Bake Peanut Butter Rice Puff Treats
Ingredients
Base
- 3 cups peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 3 cups rice puffs
Chocolate layer
- 200 grams vegan chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons organic peanut butter
Preparation
Mix the peanut butter with maple syrup.
Cover with a plate and microwave for 50 seconds.
Stir with a spatula.
Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Add the rice puffs and mix until well combined.
Form the base and place it in the freezer.
Prepare the chocolate by combining vegan chocolate chips and organic peanut butter.
Cover with a plate and microwave for 50 seconds until melted.
Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter rice puff layer.
Cover and freeze for at least two hours.
