Mixed Berry Vegan Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • Non-dairy Chocolate Chips or Dutch Chocolate Powder / Cacao powder - 1 cup
  • Dry Berries - 1/3 cup
  • Maple syrup - 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract - 2 tsp
  • Salt - pinch

Preparation

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Melt the chocolate by placing it in a bowl over a pot with simmering water. Keep the heat low and stir until smooth.

  3. Remove from heat and add maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

  4. Transfer the mixture to the parchment paper, spreading it thinly with a spoon or spatula.

  5. Sprinkle mixed dry berries on top, pressing a few into the bark.

  6. Chill in the fridge until completely cool. Once firm, cut into pieces.

  7. Optionally, add more toppings as desired.

  8. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
