Vegan Almond Flour Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. refined coconut oil melted
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- a couple of big pinches of sea salt
- 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and coconut flour
In a separate bowl, mix maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined
Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving or using
