Vegan Almond Flour Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. refined coconut oil melted
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • a couple of big pinches of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and coconut flour

  2. In a separate bowl, mix maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt

  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined

  4. Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips

  5. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving or using
