Low Sugar Chocolate Cashew Butter Bars Yet
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup liquid coconut oil
- 1 cup cashew butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups almond flour
Preparation
In a pan mix together on low heat for a few minutes
Place in a small baking pan and into the freezer for an hour
For the top layer, melt
Two 85 percent cacao chocolate bars 6 oz total
Cup almond milk
Tsp cinnamon
Pour on the top layer and place back in the freezer for 6 hours
Take out, thaw a bit and cut into squares
Store in the freezer in an airtight container and thaw before eating
