Low Sugar Chocolate Cashew Butter Bars Yet

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup liquid coconut oil
  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups almond flour

Preparation

  1. In a pan mix together on low heat for a few minutes

  2. Place in a small baking pan and into the freezer for an hour

  3. For the top layer, melt

  4. Two 85 percent cacao chocolate bars 6 oz total

  5. Cup almond milk

  6. Tsp cinnamon

  7. Pour on the top layer and place back in the freezer for 6 hours

  8. Take out, thaw a bit and cut into squares

  9. Store in the freezer in an airtight container and thaw before eating
