Vegan Almond Flour and Cashew OMballs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 dates
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips until well combined.

  2. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  3. Roll the mixture into balls.

  4. Adjust consistency if needed by adding more flour or cashews if too wet, or more almond butter if too dry.

  5. Top with flaky salt.

  6. Enjoy the OMballs as a treat.
