Peanut Butter Chocolate Coated Energy Balls Were Just Divine

Ingredients

  • 120 grams of dates
  • 150 grams of raw cashews
  • 3 tablespoon of raw cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 3.5 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • dark chocolate crumbed for rolling

Preparation

  1. Place the cashews in a blender and pulse for 20 seconds

  2. Add the dates and pulse until you have a crumb like consistency

  3. Add the cacao, maple syrup, peanut butter and blend for a few seconds or until the mixture comes together

  4. Shape into balls (30grams each) then roll in dark chocolate

  5. Refrigerate for an hour

  6. These are a must try
