Double Chocolate Raspberry Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup sunbutter (or nut/seed butter)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup cacao/cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (or more?)
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Preparation
Whisk together the applesauce, sunbutter, and maple syrup.
Add the coconut flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips and berries.
Scoop or roll into balls, or press into a rectangle and cut into small chunks.
Eat, or refrigerate for a firmer texture (I prefer it cold).
Keep leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
