Peanut Butter Vanilla Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 125 grams of oatmeal
  • 160 grams of peanut butter
  • 50 grams of chopped almonds
  • 25 grams of vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavor drops

Preparation

  1. Stir all the ingredients well to combine in a large bowl.

  2. Place the dough in the fridge for 45 minutes so it can set up.

  3. Bring it out of the fridge and roll it into balls.
