Peanut Butter Vanilla Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 125 grams of oatmeal
- 160 grams of peanut butter
- 50 grams of chopped almonds
- 25 grams of vegan chocolate protein powder
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavor drops
Preparation
Stir all the ingredients well to combine in a large bowl.
Place the dough in the fridge for 45 minutes so it can set up.
Bring it out of the fridge and roll it into balls.
