Raw Vegan Nut Pulp Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup nut pulp from nut milk (doesn’t need to be dry!)
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp maca powder
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut butter or coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Use a good food processor to mix all ingredients until it forms a soft consistency.
Roll the mixture into balls by hand.
