Quick Vegan Hazelnut Chocolate Shake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup roasted hazelnuts
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 pitted medjool dates or other sweetener like maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Optionally soak the hazelnuts overnight for easier blending.

  2. Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.

  3. Blend everything well together.

  4. Simply enjoy the shake afterwards.
