Quick Vegan Hazelnut Chocolate Shake
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup roasted hazelnuts
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 3 pitted medjool dates or other sweetener like maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Optionally soak the hazelnuts overnight for easier blending.
Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend everything well together.
Simply enjoy the shake afterwards.
