Mocha Peanut Butter Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 date
  • 1 to 2 tsp instant coffee (or 1 espresso shot)
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 300ml almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy

  2. Pour in a jar, if desired top with peanut butter, chocolate chips, nuts and puffed grains

  3. Enjoy
