Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 scoops collagen
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
Preparation
Blend everything except the chia seeds
Add chia seeds and pulse them in on low speed
Pulse briefly every 1-2 minutes until the pudding starts to thicken and the seeds remain evenly distributed
Refrigerate for at least an hour (overnight is best!) Top with yogurt, chocolate chips/cacao nibs/almonds/etc
