Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 scoops collagen
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend everything except the chia seeds

  2. Add chia seeds and pulse them in on low speed

  3. Pulse briefly every 1-2 minutes until the pudding starts to thicken and the seeds remain evenly distributed

  4. Refrigerate for at least an hour (overnight is best!) Top with yogurt, chocolate chips/cacao nibs/almonds/etc

  5. Eat
