Cookie Topped Chocolate Cherry Chia Treat
Ingredients
Chocolate chia pudding
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
Cherry smoothie
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1 tsp pitaya powder (optional)
Toppings

Preparation
Blend the milks, maple syrup, cacao powder, and salt.
Add the chia seeds and pulse them in.
Pulse briefly every 1-2 minutes until the pudding starts to thicken and the seeds remain evenly distributed as opposed to settling to the bottom.
Refrigerate overnight.
Blend the smoothie ingredients.
Divide the chia pudding into two jars.
Spoon in the cherry smoothie.
