Chocolate Chia Pudding with Peanut Butter Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups soy milk or milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- Nuts of your choice
- Handful of blackberries
Preparation
In a jar or large container, add all ingredients except peanut butter and mix until well combined and fluffy.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, top with fruits, nuts, or preferred toppings and enjoy.
