Chia Seed Breakfast Parfait
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 50 ml almond milk
- 1 teaspoon acai powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon haskapa powder (optional)
- 130 g coconut yogurt
- 10 g puffed buckwheat
- Handful of fruit or berries
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Preparation
Mix chia seeds, almond milk, and optional superfood powders in a bowl; stir well and let sit for 15-30 minutes to form pudding.
Layer the chia pudding with coconut yogurt, peanut butter, puffed buckwheat, and fresh fruit or berries in a glass or bowl to assemble the parfait.
