Blood Orange Oeatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup (80mml) almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp coconut syrup (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tbsp blood orange juice
  • 1 tsp blood orange zest

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and leave in the fridge for at least 10 minutes

  2. Add your favorite toppings

  3. Here we have: blood orange slices, pomegranate seeds, coconut yogurt, almond butter, homemade granola, chopped pistachios, almond slices
