Vegan Creamy Vanilla

Ingredients

  • • 3-4 bananas, cut into small pieces and freeze the minimum of 6 hours or overnight
  • • 1/2 cup raw cashew nuts, soaked
  • • 1 cup non dairy milk (I use half oat milk and half cashew milk)
  • • 1 cup non dairy whipping cream
  • • 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
  • • a pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If the milkshake comes off too thick, add more non dairy milk

  2. In a cold glass, drizzled with caramel sauce, add your milkshake, topped with non dairy whipped cream and more vegan caramel sauce

  3. Indulge
