Peanutty and Chocco Nutty Bowl
Ingredients
- 4 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4-5 tbsp almond milk
Toppings
- vegan chocolate
- natural cashews
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Mix the frozen bananas, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk in a high speed blender until thick and creamy.
Melt vegan chocolate and use it to cover natural cashews.
Top the bowl with the chocolate-covered cashews and cacao nibs.
