Peanutty and Chocco Nutty Bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4-5 tbsp almond milk

Toppings

  • vegan chocolate
  • natural cashews
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Mix the frozen bananas, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk in a high speed blender until thick and creamy.

  2. Melt vegan chocolate and use it to cover natural cashews.

  3. Top the bowl with the chocolate-covered cashews and cacao nibs.
